ENVIRONMENT HEALTH SAFETY

The EHS establishes a self-inspection plan for machinery, equipment, and personnel.
Responsible departments implement self-inspection at planned intervals and initiate the
reporting, handling, and re-inspection mechanisms after detecting an anomaly to ensure
the normal operation of equipment and eliminate accidents and environmental pollution,
so as to achieve zero accidents and zero disasters.
The plant 2S inspection was initiated in 2010. The facility, warehouse management,
and EHS units formed an office inspection and audit team to promote biweekly office
inspections. Interdepartmental competitions and rewards were planned to encourage
employees to enforce sorting and systematization, so as to eliminate operational
hazards.
As the organization and production scale keep expanding, we expanded the 2S
inspection to the 6S inspection in 2013 to expand the scope to the plant, clean room,
warehouse, department storeroom, etc, hoping to build a safer, tidier, and more
comfortable working environment.
