As machine installation is one of the most risky tasks in the plant, to ensure
compliance with related safety requirements for machine installation after purchases or
relocations, a machine installation safety check was implemented on machines requiring
200V or higher voltage, using hazardous substances, and containing special hazards,
so as to predict hazards and plan solutions to eliminate potential risks. The machine
installation check includes three stages: Stage 1 is the pre-electricity transmission and
non-process material supply inspection; Stage 2 is the pre-process material supply
inspection; and Stage 3 is the pre-initiation inspection.
