2012-2013 EHS REPORT
With the rise of global climate change and entering the energy-saving and emission
reduction era, we spare no effort to fulfill our corporate social responsibility in ecology
preservation and environmental protection. The STSP Plant II completed in June
2012 passed EEWH Bronze (Taiwan Green Building Labeling) evaluation in November.
This exemplified our real action to enforce environmental protection and sustainable
development and our heartfelt desire to value the limited resources on Earth. Our STSP
Plant II passed the following five green building targets:
1. Daily Energy Saving Index
A. Documentary evaluation
(1) Efficiency of ENVLOAD (EEV): Design EEV=0.76 ≤ Base EEVc=0.8.
(2) Efficiency of Air Conditioner (EAC): Design EAC=0.69 ≤ Base EACc=0.8.
(3) Efficiency of Lighting (EL): Design EL=0.49 ≤ Base ELc=0.7.
B. On-site inspection: Building structure, A/C unit type, and lighting fixture layout
are consistent with the documentary data.
2. Greenery Index
A. Documentary evaluation:
Design Greenery TCO2=2744473KG> Base Greenery TCO2c=1804227KG.
B. On-site inspection: Base greenery area is consistent with the documentary data.
