To encourage employees to eagerly make improvement suggestions for “workplace
false alarm events or past accidents”, we team up with equipment suppliers to establish
the “Industrial Safety Event Suggestion Improvement System” to encourage employees
to become involved in industrial safety and thereby enhance workplace safety. Viable
and effective improvement measures will be implemented synchronously on all plant
sites. From the organizational intranet, employees can keep track on the suggestion
review progress, the improvement status of implementation units, and the progress of
parallel implementation.
