As the number of employees continues to increase and the size of health examination
data augments, we purchased a health management system in 2013 to effectively
manage employee health conditions, implement health promotion activities, and follow
up abnormal case management. Employees can also retrieve their health examination
records over the years and search for medical information from the system at anytime.
To provide a better first aid service, we
purchased the automated external defibrillator
(AED) at our plants in northern, central, and
southern Taiwan in early 2013 and arranged
CPR and AED courses for employees, so as to
increase the success of rescue in an emergency
with sound emergency medical devices and
sound personnel training.
