CARING FOR OUR PLANET
Our health management system provides complete health care. In addition to nursing
care and annual health examination, we have planned fitness centers on the plant
site with treadmills and bodybuilding equipment, and aerobic dance classrooms to
encourage employees to exercise.
In 2013 we established the STSP Health Center; started a on-site physician
consultation service on plant sites in northern, central and southern Taiwan; arranged a
massage service; promoted the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and purchased
health management system software and AEDs, so as to build a more complete health
care system.
