In the wide bandgap semiconductor sector, Hermes-Epitek is extensively involved in silicon carbide (SiC) crystal growth, epitaxy, IC design, and wafer foundry. The company has developed mass-production technologies for SiC substrates and collaborated with strategic partners across the supply chain to accelerate the application of low-loss, high-power SiC semiconductors.
